How to Use

  1. Find a match on your Dashboard.
  2. Click the "Generate AI Reply" button.
  3. The AI analyzes the post/comment and drafts a response based on your pre-configured settings.

Configuration: Tone and Goals

You can define how the AI should write by setting a global or monitor-specific "Reply Persona."

  • Tone: Professional, Friendly, Witty, Helpful, etc.
  • Goals: "Answer the user's question," "Invite them to try our product," or "Correct a misconception."
  • Constraints: "Keep it under 200 characters," "Don't use emojis," etc.

Human-in-the-Loop

Redd never posts to Reddit automatically.

  • The AI generates a draft.
  • You review, edit, and refine the draft.
  • You manually copy and post the reply to Reddit.

This ensures that you maintain total control over your brand's voice and avoid "bot-like" behavior.

Cost
